In Rochelle’s counseling practice, she seeks to walk alongside you on your journey toward growth and healing. Whether it is uncovering unhelpful narratives that are no longer serving you, or grappling with questions of identity and worldview, Rochelle is prepared to meet you where you are.

Therapy is not “one size fits all”, and Rochelle is interested in helping you discover a daily existence that works for you. By viewing clients holistically, Rochelle takes pride in creating a safe place for clients to ask questions about identity and meaning. Rochelle knows firsthand how life changing it can be to be fully seen and heard by another person outside of societal expectations or pressures. Rochelle aspires to help you get to know yourself better by listening to you, highlighting your strengths, and calling attention to themes or patterns that may keep you stuck.

Rochelle uses various modalities to fit the needs of her clients, but her curiosity, empathy, and authenticity remain consistent in her counseling work. Rochelle can discuss the benefits of mindfulness to combat symptoms of anxiety and depression, use EMDR to help you heal from trauma, or uncover your values with you in order to adopt a nuanced and realistic approach to living.
