About

Cassandra is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado that received her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from the University of Wyoming in 2013 and earned her Masters of Science in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University in 2019. Cassandra has worked with clients who have a wide range of concerns including stress, depression, anxiety, trauma and disordered eating. She has worked in multiple levels of care including outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization and residential.

Cassandra fosters clients’ growth by providing a nonjudgmental environment, insightful questioning, attentive listening, genuine support and an openness to wherever you are in your journey. Her therapeutic style is warm and collaborative. She believes in an integrative approach and draws upon experience with methods including Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Person-Centered Therapy. 

Cassandra believes in balance and wellness and tries to incorporate them in her personal life whenever she can. She currently resides in South Florida and enjoys boating, traveling, yoga and photography.
