Insurance and Fees

  • We currently take private pay and Denver County (CO Access) Medicaid, Foothills Medicaid (CCHA) and Medicare.

  • Denver County Medicaid may appear on your card under different names depending on your plan (Health First, CHP, CO Access, etc). You can contact us if you would like us to check and see if your particular type of Medicaid is something we are credentialed to work with.

  • We do not participate or submit claims for other types of Insurance aside from Medicaid and Medicare.

  • Each therapist has a set private pay rate which is listed on their individual bio page on this website.

  • You may be able to obtain insurance reimbursement for sessions if you have an insurance plan that covers out-of-network services. Here are instructions for checking with your insurance company:

    • For out of network reimbursement: What you will need to do when you call your insurance company is ask them about coverage for out of network psychotherapy sessions. You will pay for the out of network deductible and once that is met, you will prob receive a % of the fee for sessions, or you will just have a copay for sessions. So ask them what your out of network deductible is and then what your coverage is once the deductible is met.

If they ask, the sessions are CPT code 90837 (60 min psychotherapy sessions). I am licensed as an LPC - Licensed Professional Counselor in CO. Let me know if you need any help.
