Do you often feel bogged down by stress, or anxiety? Have you ever felt like you didn’t have a sense of control, or felt helpless. This group will provide healing from the inside out. Stress, anxiety, and depression are often stored internally, deep within the body; waiting to be triggered by outside forces. Trauma informed yoga, coupled with spiritual guidance is a safe way to release negative experiences stored within. 

This group would offer gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, and ritual to heal your mind, body, and soul. By accessing these places deep within your body, you will begin to find a new balance beyond what normal behavioral therapy methods can provide. This group will empower you to overcome the somatic effects of stress,anxiety or any negative experience to realign your mind and body. This group will unite individuals coping with similar past experiences to promote healing and connection in a safe space. 

What will we do in group? 

This 75min group will be a combination of trauma informed yoga, meditation, and group processing. Each week we will begin with a check in and goal setting emotionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually, followed by trauma informed yoga to provide empowerment and choice within your body. At the end of the 4 weeks, my goal is that you will leave feeling empowered, and confident within your own skin. 

This will be a discounted group at $45 for all 4 sessions! These sessions are insurance reimbursable! Medicaid will also be accepted. Space is limited to 8 to insure cohesion and trust among group members so please secure your spot in advance!

November 6th 5:30-6:45pm 
November 20th 5:30-6:45pm 

What you will need: 
Please come dressed in comfortable clothing
-Bring a journal, water, and yoga mat for each class
